Updated: tweaked with the sun abit and with the lighting.
I recently decided to take a break from my long winded projects that take several weeks and try something allot quicker. Ive always wanted to do piece based on the amazing movie Sunshine so this was the perfect excuse. All in all it took me about an hour to get the main image and components in place and blended nicely then another hour on top of that to do fine details and tweaking. All of it was done using references from the movie and the text was done entirely from scratch, started with simple bold ariel text. I'm rather happy with its outcome and hope you like it too.
